It would figure that the simplest thing in the world for anyone to do is breathe. We can do it while we are resting without any conscience thought. Since we were born, we have been able to breathe without anyone showing us how to breathe

Sometimes, even the things that are natural for us can be done wrong. The many stressful situations that we are involved in reflect upon our way to cope, and thereby cause subtle changes in the ways we react outwardly and inwardly. Breathing irregularly springs from the conceptions we have of danger, fear, and anything stressful.

It is common knowledge that breathing deeply and slowly can relax our central nervous system.

Rather than just an exercise to be performed at certain times of the day, deep breathing should become common for your daily life. Of course, it is impossible to maintain slow regulated breathing during every second of the day.

Intense physical activities can lead to fast and choppy breaths, and that can be a good thing. Breathing in deeply and slowly every moment of the day in our life is near impossible, however, through focused breathing for about 15-20 minutes a day we can increase our ability to breathe more deeply for better health.
